RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & CUSTOM SERVICES (NON-REFUNDABLE) Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of the following items are final and non-refundable:

  • Video Tutorials: Once access is granted or the download link is sent, no refunds can be issued.

  • Custom Illustrations: Since these are personalized services created to your specific requirements, once the design process has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Digital Downloads: Any pre-made digital assets (brushes, templates, etc.) are non-returnable once downloaded.

2. PHYSICAL ARTWORKS (ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN) For physical items, such as original watercolor or oil paintings, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return for a physical item, you can contact us at lovetattoo.projects@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: ul. Słoneczna 52f/2, Pobiedziska, Poland, 62-010.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (this applies to both physical paintings and digital file errors), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS As stated above, we cannot accept returns on digital products, custom/personalized illustrations, sale items, or gift cards.

5. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise (physical goods) is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Note for Digital Content: According to EU law, the right of withdrawal expires if you have started the download or streaming of digital content and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

6. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (for physical items), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lovetattoo.projects@gmail.com.
