SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. DIGITAL CONTENT (VIDEO TUTORIALS & ASSETS) Access to pre-made digital content, such as video tutorials, brushes, or software setup guides, is provided immediately upon successful payment.

  • Delivery Method: You will receive an automated email containing a secure download link or access instructions.

  • Shipping Cost: Free (Digital Delivery).

2. CUSTOM DIGITAL SERVICES (CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS) Since these illustrations are created specifically for you, they require time for artistic production.

  • Standard Production Time: Typically 3 to 21 business days, depending on the artist's current workload and the complexity of the artwork.

  • Rush Order Option (Optional Paid Service): We offer a "Rush Order" priority service exclusively for digital illustrations. Purchasing this option guarantees that your artwork will be prioritized and delivered within 24-48 hours after all necessary references and details are provided.

  • Delivery Method: Due to the high resolution and large file sizes of our digital artworks, the final product is delivered via a secure Google Drive download link sent to your email. This ensures you receive the highest quality file without compression.

  • Shipping Cost: Free (Digital Delivery).

3. PHYSICAL ARTWORKS (ORIGINAL PAINTINGS) All physical products, such as original watercolor or oil paintings, are carefully packaged and shipped from our studio in Poland.

  • Processing Time: Physical items are dispatched within 2-3 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • Note on Rush Orders: Please note that the "Rush Order" service does not apply to physical paintings. Physical items are processed and shipped in the order they are received.

  • Estimated Shipping Times:

    • Poland: 1-3 business days.

    • European Union: 5-10 business days.

    • International (USA, UK, Canada, etc.): 10-21 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. COMBINED ORDERS If your order contains both digital assets (tutorials), custom illustrations, and physical paintings, the items will be delivered separately according to their respective delivery schedules mentioned above.
