OVERVIEW Welcome to Lovetattoo! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lovetattoo. Lovetattoo operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, and products. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity occurring under it. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 2 - CUSTOM DIGITAL SERVICES & ARTWORK

  • Reference Materials: By submitting photos or references for custom illustrations, you warrant that you own the rights to these images. Lovetattoo is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from materials provided by the customer.

  • Production Time: Standard production takes 3 to 21 business days. "Rush Order" service (available for digital illustrations only) guarantees delivery within 24-48 hours after all references are provided.

  • Artistic Interpretation: By purchasing, you acknowledge you are familiar with the artist's style. The final artistic interpretation remains at the artist's discretion.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

  • Ownership: Lovetattoo retains the copyright to all created works (illustrations and videos).

  • Personal Use: All products are for Personal Use Only. You may print and share the artwork for personal purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, or use it for commercial gain (e.g., merchandise, branding) without a separate Commercial License.

  • Video Tutorials: You are granted a single-user license. Sharing access or redistributing video files is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • Digital Delivery: High-resolution files are delivered via a secure Google Drive link or email. Access to pre-made tutorials is provided immediately.

  • Physical Goods: Paintings are shipped from Poland. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include customs, duties, or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of digital content and personalized services, digital products and custom illustrations are non-refundable once the work has begun or access has been granted.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights; (c) to upload viruses or malicious code; (d) to scrape or use AI tools to extract data without permission.

SECTION 8 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE'. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, LOVETATTOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

SECTION 9 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovetattoo and its affiliates from any claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
